Game Inspired Collection

This was a final project for my creative process class, in which I drew inspiration from a game in my early childhood. SSX Tricky was an action-packed snowboarding game where you would race people down the hill and perform awesome (but unrealistic) tricks. My siblings were much older to play the game, but I always remember being more enamored by the cool graphics from the street-inspired landscapes, and the fun colorful outfits they wore. With that being said, I used the graffiti as inspiration for my own prints, and sampled some thumbnails sketches by reprising in photoshop. I was even able to print a few strikeoffs on cotton knits, just to see what they would look like. Overall, one of my favorite projects.
